3. Who the service is for, contracting
- Crewory is exclusively for businesses — agencies and digital service providers that resell it to their own clients, often under their own brand (Terms 1.2, 6). If a page or interface bears a Partner's name, the service is provided by the Partner to its client, and the system is operated by the Provider.
- The language of contracting and communication is Hungarian; the English translations of the documents are for information.
- The contract is concluded by electronic means and is not a contract in writing. The Provider files the fact, time and accepted version of acceptance, which can later be retrieved from the account.
- The documents are available in a form that can be downloaded, stored and printed: Terms — https://crewory.app/legal/terms (original: /jog/aszf); Privacy Notice — https://crewory.app/legal/privacy (original: /jog/adatkezeles); Data Processing Agreement (DPA) — https://crewory.app/legal/dpa (original: /jog/adatfeldolgozoi-szerzodes); Subprocessor list — https://crewory.app/legal/subprocessors (original: /jog/alvallalkozok); Price list — https://crewory.app/pricing. Earlier versions are sent on request.
- The Provider gives at least 30 days' notice of changes to the Terms and fees, and at least 15 days' notice of changes to the privacy notice.
4. Fees and payment
- The fees, contents, number of Client Spaces and allowances of the partner packages are set out in the Price List (https://crewory.app/pricing); the Price List indicates whether a fee is net or gross. The fee is a monthly recurring subscription fee that renews automatically until terminated (Terms 9).
- Trial Period: 14 days, free of charge; we send a reminder at least 3 days before the charge (Terms 8).
- Payment: by card via the Stripe payment provider; the Provider does not see or store card details. Invoices are issued electronically through Billingo and sent by email.
- Cancellation: at any time, without giving reasons, effective at the end of the current period (Terms 12.1).
5. Use of artificial intelligence
Crewory's "AI admin", AI assistant and conversational interfaces are based on artificial intelligence: the User communicates not with a human but with an AI system. The interface — including one bearing a Partner's brand — points this out at the latest at the first interaction (Article 50(1) of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, the AI Act). AI output may be incorrect, incomplete or misleading; it does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, medical or other professional advice (Terms 4.6).
6. Websites published by Partners and their Clients
As part of the service, the Provider stores and publishes the public websites created by Partners and their Clients — including on Partners' own domains. The workspace owner operating the page is responsible for the content appearing on it — including the mandatory imprint and privacy notice.
Reporting illegal content: hello@pagency.hu, subject "Illegal content"; the report must state the exact location of the content (URL), the reasons why it is illegal, and the reporter's contact details. The handling of reports is set out in Terms 15.7.
7. Complaints and remedies
- Complaints: hello@pagency.hu, +36 20 979 2801, or by post to the registered office (Terms 20.1). We answer written complaints in writing, on the merits, within 30 days of receipt.
- Data protection complaints: Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., postal address: 1363 Budapest, Pf. 9., phone: +36 (1) 391-1400, email: ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu, website: www.naih.hu.
- Judicial remedy: a Data Subject may also enforce data protection claims before the regional court of their place of residence or stay (Hungarian Privacy Act § 23); contractual disputes are governed by Terms 20.4.
